Biggest Birthday Events Yet This August

Waterford Youth Arts are planning their biggest 25th birthday event yet, taking place on the weekend of August 20th to 22nd. Everybody in Waterford can expect oodles of fun events performed by the youths of WYA and its past members. Nearly all the events are free to the public and it’s beginning to look like a great weekend of performances with ex-members returning from the UK and the US to take part. There will be public shows of theatre performances, dance performances, public readings of plays, outdoor street theatre, art exhibitions, creative writing and a revival of the ‘Lark in the Park’ – after a 25 year absence.
